Korean War Veterans Memorial commemorates the 54,000, soldiers killed in the Korean War. Dedicated in 1995. Go here to learn more about The Memorial!

These larger than life-size statues depict nineteen infantrymen slogging uphill on a cold and dreary winter day in Korea. Sculpted by Frank Gaylord, the statues represent many ethnic origins and their uniforms reflect all the branches of services that fought in the Korean War.
